As the home of top-tier media and animation studios, the City of Burbank wanted to revamp the look of their annual Arts Festival while incorporating their newly designed Downtown Burbank logo. The result was a colorful burst of abstract forms inspired by the mid-century shapes on their existing downtown signage.
A simple but impactful foreground-background relationships allows the campaign logo to literally emerge out of the art, symbolizing that the event would not exist without the amazing artists and creative talents that currently reside in Burbank.
